SunRain Productions first started doing graphic design work for Homunculus Productions in 2004. It is a testament to how well SunRain works that over the years they have taken on more and more work for Homunculus, from marketing research, to website design, (in multiple languages) to social networking site setup, to trademark and logo design. Homunculus has hired SunRain to do still photography and video work too.

What makes SunRain so special? First of all, their technical skills are top-notch and they always stay up to date with all the new trends. SunRain looks ahead: if they see a new way of doing things that will improve our sites and their ranking, they learn how to do it and put it in motion immediately. SunRain spots problems before they happen and takes care of them before we even know about them.

And yet we are never left out of the loop, as SunRain’s people are patient and always come equipped with understanding and humor. No problem is too tangled (or to simple) to explain to us in depth, repeatedly if that’s what it takes. When we want to manage a site, SunRain builds the site in such a way that even a luddite could manage it. When we want them to manage it, they make all the necessary changes at top speed. Because we are at opposite ends of the country almost all of our communication is online, something that could be disastrous except that SunRain handles everything so professionally.

There are other companies that are fast, that are good, that even stay ahead of the curve and keep their customers there too. But SunRain has the added quality of integrity. We are always confident that we are billed for hours worked, and billed fairly, help us find the affordable way to accomplish our goals, help us keep our online presence up to date in looks and content. To date SunRain has designed over several dozen websites for us in addition to multiple graphic work, still photography and trademark design jobs. It has been a beautiful multi-year relationship that we expect will go on for years to come.

SunRain Productions delivered an excellent music video for our band “Toxic Waste.” The whole process from pre- to post-production was really enjoyable. SunRain created a powerful story, shot excellent cinematography, cut crisp editing, and generated high energy in a professional manner. The team was very receptive to the needs of the band with respect to timing, synch, and covering up mistakes during video recording.
